Leadership

COSIM is led by its Resource Team—a group of volunteers from various ministries who are passionate about cross-cultural partnership. The COSIM Resource Team plans COSIM conferences and makes decisions on behalf of the ministry. The chairman exercises some administrative responsibility. All communications are made through email and phone, and team meetings are conducted via conference calls.
